Upgrading is a must

My previous post is about how i'm tune my administrative task. A place my opinion there since i has been done or assigned the task since 2008. Therefore, i would like to share and give my humble opinion on the issues to those who are looking or trying to manage their administrative task well or very well. In fact, i trust on learning from experience people or expertise, in any field it must be a pioneer who has done the process, go through the procedure even come out with the sentences. Thus, to do a same task or completing the same assignment we are encouraged  to refer or review what has been done by other people.
         Back the topic above which is upgrading is a must. I try to share with you a norm of non profit organisation in review or enhancing it documentation. Since every organisation must be recognized in delivery their services even manufacturing a product, the component of inspection, monitoring and auditing is an activity must be faced by the particular organisation. The indirect outcome of these activities is the work procedure, filing system and any thing else of the organisation will be improved. This improvement is really appreciated by their customer instead of the award received by the organisation. Its show that, the award or auditing activity is a easy way to change their former working procedure. To be continued...
