How i'm tune my administrative task

One by one the administrative task i got for the week. Since the day that students going back to their home town for the semester break till key in final exam mark into uni system. Well, here i would like to talk about the administrative task. In my opinion administrative task could be categorized into two types. 1st is individual basis and another one is it group basis or in another word is it involve more people even many tiers. For me the individual task is more easier than group basis. The reasons why i'm saying that is its easier in terms of timing, resources, idea generation, format of presenting the file etc.

          Let we go further for each reasons i had mentioned just now. Being academician, we practice flexible in working hours therefore, even though we are of office we still doing our work which is make the task is done before the due date. The scenario shown this type of task is more preferable to those who work in flexible of working hours.

          Resources is one of the crucial aspect in make it some thing done. Not to say the assignment to be submitted to other our boss, even for our usage if we don't have or found the resources its will drag our time in completing the task. However, since the task is individual basis, the resource is much more independent and so wide for us to make use all of them but the skills of identify which one is most suitable to be use is almost prefect than we have no problem to this issue. 

          Idea generation and the way of presenting our task could be the main reasons of saying the individual basis is easier than group whereas, we are not limit or rely on other format in presenting our job. Most of superb job normally done or prepared in such a very little supervision. Plus with the comfortable working environment and colleagues are supportive and informative in order to make our job done smooth and perfectly.
